On a recent job together: an event that threw not just a few, but a lot of curveballs...![]()

It was the kind of brief that tests![]()
whether a supplier ![]()
is really in it ![]()
with you ![]()
or ![]()
just in it for the invoice.![]()

And I can confirm that Channelle never flinched.![]()

She pushed from her side to make things work, showed up with a smile on her dial and got it done.![]()

When the crew arrived on site, and we asked them how they were going to get into the event area without causing any damage (It had fragile components) - her team already had a foolproof procedure.![]()

But what stood out to me were the questions Channelle asked before a single cable was rolled out...![]()

“Do you want the container on the floor or on the truck? Because if it’s on the truck, that’s two metres up, so the stage needs to be elevated.”![]()

She was already thinking about what the client would see, experience and need.![]()

Every brief I threw at her, she’d either done before or had a better version ready to go.![]()

What an incredible day out with such a successful teambuild. The Beyond Teambuilding facilitators held an amazing survivor challenge at the beautiful D’Aria Winery ![]()

Everyone was split into teams where they had multiple activities to complete in order to gain their team points. At the end of the survivor challenge, the team with the most points wins 🏆![]()

Lots of laughs and fun was shared amongst the clients and the facilitators. Thank you to all who joined in and made it a teambuild to remember.![]()
